In Friday's non-league test, the Milton Wildcats (Milton, MA) softball squad overwhelmed the host Framingham Flyers (Framingham, MA), by a tally of 16-4.
Next, the Wildcats clash with the Walpole Timberwolves (Walpole, MA) in a Bay State - Herget test, on Saturday, May 24. Milton will attempt to advance on its 2-3 season record.
The Flyers (7-7) will now prepare for their test against Newton South (Newton, MA). The Lions go into the non-league test with a 11-5 record. In their last test, Newton South prevailed over Concord-Carlisle (Concord, MA), 10-3, in a league test.
