Indiana High School Softball - Jay County bounces Richmond

The Jay County Patriots softball team scored 25 runs and held the host Richmond Red Devils to 3 in the Patriots non-league win on Friday.

The Patriots now possess a 19-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Delta for a non-league battle on Tuesday, May 27. Jay County will confront a Eagles team coming off a 10-0 league loss to New Palestine (New Palestine, IN). The Eagles record now stands at 8-15.

With the loss, Richmond moves to 0-14 on the season. The Red devils travel to Muncie Central (Muncie, IN) to confront the Bearcats in a non-league battle on Tuesday, May 27. The Bearcats come into the battle with a record of 0-16.
