Illinois High School Lacrosse - St. Charles East overwhelms Metea Valley

The St. Charles East Fighting Saints lacrosse team scored 17 points and held the visiting Metea Valley Mustangs to 6 in the Fighting Saints non-league win on Wednesday.
The Fighting Saints (1-0) will now prepare for their game against Crystal Lake Central (Crystal Lake, IL). The Tigers go into the non-league game with a 21-1 record. In their last game, Crystal Lake Central prevailed over Barrington (Barrington, IL), 12-7, in a non-league game.
With the defeat, Metea Valley drops to 10-7 on the season.
