Cedar Park Christian Eagles (Bothell, WA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Lakeside Eagles (Nine Mile Falls, WA), 12-4 in a non-league challenge.
The Eagles now own a 19-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Royal for a non-league challenge on Friday, May 24. Cedar Park Christian will battle a Knights squad coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Klahowya (Silverdale, WA). The Knights record now stands at 19-8.
With the loss, Lakeside falls to 10-12 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Montesano (Montesano, WA) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Friday, May 24. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 21-3. Montesano won 5-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Seton Catholic (Vancouver, WA)
