The Mt. Pulaski Hilltoppers (Mt. Pulaski, IL) baseball got by the visiting Tuscola Warriors (Tuscola, IL), 2-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Hilltoppers now own a 22-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 28. Mt. Pulaski will clash with a Falcons team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Tri-Valley (Downs, IL). The Falcons record now stands at 14-11.
With the defeat, Tuscola drops to 13-20 on the year.
