The St. Edward Eagles (Lakewood, OH) baseball the visiting Riverside Beavers (Painesville, OH), 5-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Eagles now own a 15-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mentor for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 28. St. Edward will clash with a Cardinals team coming off a 4-2 non-league win over Hoover (North Canton, OH). The Cardinals record now stands at 20-5.
With the defeat, Riverside drops to 17-9 on the year. The Beavers host Jackson (Massillon, OH) to clash with the Polar Bears in a non-league challenge on Monday, May 26. The Polar Bears go into the challenge with a record of 24-3. Jackson won 11-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Olmsted Falls (Olmsted Falls, OH)
