The St. Mark's Spartans baseball team scored 4 runs and held the host Sanford Warriors to 2 in the Spartans non-league win on Saturday.
The Spartans now own a 15-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sussex Central for a non-league test on Tuesday, May 27. St. Mark's will play a Golden Knights team coming off a 6-1 non-league win over St. Georges Tech (Middletown, DE). The Golden Knights record now stands at 15-4.
With the defeat, Sanford drops to 17-4 on the year.
