The Monroe Central Golden Bears crushed the visiting Elwood Panthers baseball team by a tally of 13-1 in Wednesday's non-league bout.

The Golden Bears now hold a 20-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wapahani for a non-league bout on Saturday, May 28. Monroe Central will face a Raiders team coming off a 11-1 non-league win over Lapel (Lapel, IN). The Raiders record now stands at 20-4.
