The Sanford Spartans triumphed over the visiting Deering Rams lacrosse team by a score of 14-6 in Wednesday's non-league match.
With the win, Sanford upgrades its record to 7-5 on the season. The Spartans travel to Westbrook (Westbrook, ME) to play the Blue Blazes in a non-league match on Tuesday, May 31. The Blue Blazes go into the match with a record of 0-10. Westbrook lost 20-1 in their recent non-league match against Gorham (Gorham, ME)
With the defeat, Deering drops to 2-2 on the season. The Rams travel to Mt. Ararat (Topsham, ME) to play the Eagles in a non-league match on Wednesday, June 1. The Eagles go into the match with a record of 7-4.
