The crowd at Thursday's non-league test between the Eastern Montgomery Mustangs (Elliston, VA) and the visiting Galax Maroon Tide (Galax, VA), saw Eastern Montgomery's soccer squad triumph over Galax by a count of 11-0.
The Mustangs now hold a 17-0 record. They play next when they host George Wythe for a non-league test on Monday, May 29. Eastern Montgomery will meet a Maroons squad coming off a 8-0 non-league win over Bland County (Rocky Gap, VA). The Maroons record now stands at 9-7.
With the loss, Galax drops to 3-11 on the season.
