The crowd at Thursday's non-league game between the Cheverus Stags (Portland, ME) and the visiting Bonny Eagle Scots (Standish, ME), saw Cheverus's lacrosse team nudge Bonny Eagle by a margin of 5-4.
The Stags (5-7) will now prepare for their game against Falmouth (Falmouth, ME). The Navigators enter the Class A North game with a 11-1 record. In their last game, Falmouth edged Westbrook (Westbrook, ME), 12-0, in a non-league game.
The Scots (4-8) will now prepare for their game against Thornton Academy (Saco, ME). The Trojans enter the Class A South game with a 9-4 record. In their last game, Thornton Academy edged Brunswick (Brunswick, ME), 12-8, in a non-league game.
