Almond-Bancroft Eagles (Almond, WI) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Sevastopol Pioneers (Sturgeon Bay, WI), 11-4 in a non-league challenge.

The Eagles now own a 10-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pacelli for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 30.
