The Hopewell Blue Devils baseball team (Hopewell, VA), was overwhelmed 7-0 in Friday's non-league outing with the visiting New Kent Trojans (New Kent, VA)

The Trojans now hold a 16-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Colonial Heights for a non-league outing on Tuesday, May 30. New Kent will confront a Colonials team coming off a 5-4 non-league win over Lafayette (Williamsburg, VA). The Colonials record now stands at 16-3.
