Oxford Hornets (Oxford, PA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Hatboro-Horsham Hatters (Horsham, PA), 10-4 in a non-league challenge.

The Hornets now own a 19-3 record.

With the loss, Hatboro-Horsham falls to 8-9 on the campaign. The Hatters travel to Upper Dublin (Fort Washington, PA) to battle the Cardinals in a Suburban One - Liberty challenge on Tuesday, May 30. The Cardinals enter the challenge with a record of 15-6. Upper Dublin lost 7-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Bayard Rustin (West Chester, PA)
