In Monday's league bout, the Coe-Brown Academy Bears (Northwood, NH) baseball squad edged the host Milford Spartans (Milford, NH), by a tally of 9-8.
Next up, the Bears encounter the Hollis-Brookline Cavaliers (Hollis, NH) in a Division II bout, on Tuesday, May 27. Coe-Brown Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 6-9 season record. The Cavaliers enter the bout with a 11-3 record after their 17-4 league win over Sanborn Regional (Kingston, NH).
The Spartans (5-10) will now prepare for their bout against Sanborn Regional (Kingston, NH). The Indians enter the Division II bout with a 0-13 record. In their last bout, Sanborn Regional was nudged by Stark (Weare, NH), 8-2, in a league bout.
