In Monday's non-league game, the visiting Jackson Polar Bears baseball team scored a close 7-0 win over the Riverside Beavers.

The Polar Bears (25-3) will now prepare for their game against Whitmer (Toledo, OH). The Panthers go into the non-league game with a 1-14 record. In their last game, Whitmer was overwhelmed by Napoleon (Napoleon, OH), 2-0, in a league game.

Next, the Beavers play the Wadsworth Grizzlies (Wadsworth, OH) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, May 27. Riverside will attempt to improve on its 17-10 season record. The Grizzlies go into the game with a 3-7 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Medina (Medina, OH).
