The Montpelier Solons baseball team scored 7 runs and held the host Oxbow Olympians to 3 in the Solons league win on Monday.
The Solons now own a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lyndon Institute for a non-league test on Tuesday, May 27.
With the defeat, Oxbow drops to 2-12 on the year. The Olympians travel to Lake Region (Orleans, VT) to play the Rangers in a non-league test on Tuesday, May 27. The Rangers go into the test with a record of 0-2.
