Frontenac Raiders (Frontenac, KS) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Santa Fe Trail Chargers (Carbondale, KS), 10-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Raiders now own a 12-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Prairie View for a non-league challenge on Friday, May 27. Frontenac will battle a Buffalos squad coming off a 10-1 non-league win over Scott (Scott City, KS). The Buffalos record now stands at 12-1.

With the loss, Santa Fe Trail falls to 21-5 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Rossville (Rossville, KS) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Friday, May 27. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 21-3. Rossville won 12-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Council Grove (Council Grove, KS)
