Spectators at Friday's non-league match between the Nestucca Bobcats (Cloverdale, OR) and the visiting Glide Wildcats (Glide, OR), witnessed Nestucca's softball squad tip Glide by a count of 13-12.
The Bobcats now sport a 10-3 record. They play next when they travel to Grant Union for a non-league match on Tuesday, May 31. Nestucca will face a Prospectors squad coming off a 15-0 non-league win over Toledo (Toledo, OR). The Prospectors record now stands at 15-0.
With the loss, Glide moves to 13-1 on the season.
