Spectators at Saturday's league battle between the Noble Knights (Berwick, ME) and the visiting Portland Bulldogs (Portland, ME), saw Noble's baseball squad knock off Portland by a count of 4-1.

Coming up next, the Knights play the Massabesic Mustangs (Waterboro, ME) in a Class A South battle, on Tuesday, May 30. Noble will attempt to move on its 7-9 season record. The Mustangs enter the battle with a 9-9 record after their 8-4 league loss to Kennebunk (Kennebunk, ME).

The Bulldogs now possess a 2-14 record.
