In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Edward Little Red Eddies lacrosse squad scored a tight 6-5 triumph over the Maranacook Black Bears.

The Red Eddies (7-4) will now prepare for their contest against Oxford Hills (South Paris, ME). The Vikings go into the Class A contest with a 2-7 record. In their last contest, Oxford Hills was nipped by Bonny Eagle (Standish, ME), 12-6, in a league contest.

Next, the Black Bears meet the Oxford Hills Vikings (South Paris, ME) in a non-league contest, on Friday, May 30. Maranacook will attempt to better on its 5-2 season record. The Vikings go into the contest with a 4-7 record after their 7-6 league win over Edward Little (Auburn, ME).
