The Poquoson Islanders soccer squad scored 8 points and held the host Windsor Dukes to 0 in the Islanders non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Islanders now hold a 5-10 record. They play next when they travel to Randolph-Henry for a non-league bout on Thursday, May 29. Poquoson will play a Statesmen squad coming off a 5-1 league win over Nottoway (Nottoway, VA). The Statesmen record now stands at 14-1.
With the loss, Windsor moves to 9-7 on the year.
