The La Jolla Vikings softball team scored 15 runs and held the visiting Crawford Colts to 10 in the Vikings non-league win on Tuesday.

The Vikings now sport a 12-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lincoln for a City Central battle on Thursday, May 29. La Jolla will confront a Hornets team coming off a 6-5 non-league win over Orange Glen (Escondido, CA). The Hornets record now stands at 18-12.

With the loss, Crawford moves to 7-16 on the season.
