In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Milford Mavericks baseball team scored a tight 6-2 victory over the Trenton Trojans.
The Mavericks (12-10) will now prepare for their game against Woodhaven (Brownstown, MI). The Warriors go into the non-league game with a 25-7 record. In their last game, Woodhaven tipped Huron (New Boston, MI), 10-1, in a non-league game.
The Trojans (22-9) will now prepare for their game against South Lyon (South Lyon, MI). The Lions go into the non-league game with a 15-15 record. In their last game, South Lyon was overwhelmed by South Lyon East (South Lyon, MI), 5-2, in a league game.
