The Bobcats now own a 14-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Valley Center for a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 28. Basehor-Linwood will face a Hornets squad coming off a 5-2 non-league win over Spring Hill (Spring Hill, KS). The Hornets record now stands at 15-2.

With the loss, Newton falls to 15-4 on the campaign. The Railroaders travel to Eisenhower (Goddard, KS) to face the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 28. The Tigers enter the challenge with a record of 16-7. Eisenhower won 2-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Bishop Carroll (Wichita, KS)
