Christopher Cougars (Gilroy, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Lowell Cardinals (San Francisco, CA), 16-6 in a non-league challenge.

The Cougars now own a 16-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Los Molinos for a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 30. Christopher will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 10-1 non-league win over South Fork (Miranda, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 20-9.

With the loss, Lowell falls to 16-5 on the campaign.
