The Morris Knolls Golden Eagles (Rockaway, NJ) softball routed the host Hackensack Comets (Hackensack, NJ), 16-0 in Wednesday's non-league outing.

The Golden Eagles now sport a 17-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Passaic County Tech for a non-league outing on Friday, May 30. Morris Knolls will encounter a Bulldogs team coming off a 18-0 non-league win over Memorial (West New York, NJ). The Bulldogs record now stands at 14-9.

With the loss, Hackensack moves to 9-16 on the season.
