Maine High School Softball - Westbrook bounces Biddeford

May 28, 2026: Westbrook, ME 04092

In Thursday's league match, the host Westbrook Blue Blazes softball team scored a tight 12-7 win over the Biddeford Tigers.

The Blue Blazes (15-4) will now prepare for their match against Deering (Portland, ME). The Rams come into the Class A South match with a 2-12 record. In their last match, Deering was routed by Sanford (Sanford, ME), 6-5, in a league match.

In their next game, the Tigers confront the Windham Eagles (Windham, ME) in a Class A South match, on Saturday, May 30. Biddeford will attempt to better on its 6-9 season record. The Eagles come into the match with a 8-4 record after their 12-6 league win over South Portland (South Portland, ME).
