The crowd at Monday's non-league match between the Moniteau Warriors (West Sunbury, PA) and the host Johnsonburg Rams (Johnsonburg, PA), saw Moniteau's softball squad nip Johnsonburg by a count of 7-4.
The Warriors now sport a 12-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Curwensville for a non-league match on Tuesday, May 30. Moniteau will face a Golden Tide squad coming off a 7-6 non-league loss to Cranberry Area (Seneca, PA). The Golden Tide record now stands at 13-8.
With the loss, Johnsonburg falls to 10-10 on the campaign.
