Lower Cape May Tigers (Cape May, NJ) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Cedar Creek Pirates (Egg Harbor City, NJ), 6-2 in a non-league test.

With the win, Lower Cape May upgrades its record to 15-11 on the season. The Tigers travel to Seneca (Tabernacle, NJ) to battle the Golden Eagles in a non-league test on Friday, May 31. The Golden Eagles come into the test with a record of 16-10. Seneca won 4-1 in their recent non-league test against Sterling (Somerdale, NJ)

With the defeat, Cedar Creek falls to 16-11 on the season.
