The Tri-Center Trojans (Neola, IA) softball routed the host Boyer Valley Bulldogs (Dunlap, IA), 18-7 in Wednesday's non-league bout.

The Trojans (2-3) will now prepare for their bout against Treynor (Treynor, IA). The Cardinals go into the Western Iowa bout with a 1-1 record. In their last bout, Treynor was routed by Audubon (Audubon, IA), 5-4, in a league bout.

The Bulldogs now possess a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Griswold for a non-league bout on Thursday, May 30. Boyer Valley will confront a Tigers squad coming off a 19-0 league win over Sidney (Sidney, IA). The Tigers record now stands at 4-0.
