The North Hunterdon Lions baseball team scored 3 runs and held the visiting Carteret Ramblers to 2 in the Lions non-league win on Thursday.
The Lions now hold a 14-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Colonia for a non-league test on Tuesday, June 3. North Hunterdon will play a Patriots team coming off a 5-0 non-league win over Middletown North (Middletown, NJ). The Patriots record now stands at 21-4.
With the defeat, Carteret drops to 11-11 on the year.
