In Thursday's league match, the Thornton Academy Trojans (Saco, ME) softball team routed the visiting Falmouth Navigators (Falmouth, ME), by a final score of 17-0.

The Trojans (6-7) will now prepare for their match against Bonny Eagle (Standish, ME). The Scots come into the Class A South match with a 6-9 record. In their last match, Bonny Eagle was routed by Biddeford (Biddeford, ME), 8-4, in a league match.

In their next game, the Navigators confront the Noble Knights (North Berwick, ME) in a Class A South match, on Saturday, May 31. Falmouth will attempt to better on its 0-12 season record. The Knights come into the match with a 2-11 record after their 12-9 league loss to Massabesic (Waterboro, ME).
