The North Iowa Bison softball team scored 11 runs and held the visiting Graettinger-Terril/Ruthven-Ayrshire Titans to 6 in the Bison non-league win on Thursday.

The Bison now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Forest City for a Top of Iowa-West battle on Monday, June 2. North Iowa will encounter a Indians team coming off a 6-2 league loss to North Union (Armstrong, IA). The Indians record now stands at 2-1.

With the loss, Graettinger-Terril/Ruthven-Ayrshire moves to 0-2 on the season. The Titans travel to Alta-Aurelia (Alta, IA) to encounter the Warriors in a Twin Lakes battle on Friday, May 30. The Warriors come into the battle with a record of 0-1. Alta-Aurelia lost 7-2 in their recent non-league battle against Woodbury Central (Moville, IA)
