New York High School Baseball - Burke Catholic gets by Chester

Burke Catholic (Goshen, NY) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Chester Hambletonians (Chester, NY), 3-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Burke Catholic upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season.
With the defeat, Chester falls to 9-5 on the season. The Hambletonians travel to Sullivan West (Lake Huntington, NY) to battle the Bulldogs in a Section 9 Orange County V test on Friday, May 6. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 3-2.
