The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Lakota West Firebirds (West Chester, OH) and the host Roger Bacon Spartans (Cincinnati, OH), saw Lakota West's volleyball squad nip Roger Bacon by a tally of 3-2.

With the win, Lakota West upgrades its record to 11-5 on the year. The Firebirds host Centerville (Centerville, OH) to play the Elks in a non-league bout on Wednesday, May 4. The Elks go into the bout with a record of 9-5. Centerville lost 3-2 in their recent league bout against Northmont (Clayton, OH)

The Spartans now own a 7-10 record. They play next when they travel to La Salle for a non-league bout on Wednesday, May 4.
