The Ledyard Colonels lacrosse team scored 13 points and limited the host Griswold Wolverines to 2 in the Colonels league triumph on Tuesday.
The Colonels (4-6) will now prepare for their game against Wheeler (North Stonington, CT). The Lions enter the Eastern Connecticut - II game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, Wheeler was overwhelmed by Ledyard (Ledyard, CT), 16-5, in a league game.
The Wolverines (1-7) will now prepare for their game against New London (New London, CT). The Whalers enter the Eastern Connecticut - II game with a 0-6 record. In their last game, New London was overwhelmed by Killingly (Killingly, CT), 12-2, in a league game.
