Lutheran Lions (Parker, CO) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the host Dawson School Mustangs (Lafayette, CO), 12-9 in a non-league battle.

The Lions now have a 10-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Palmer for a 4A Southern battle on Thursday, May 5. Lutheran will clash with a Terrors squad coming off a 15-2 league loss to Pueblo West (Pueblo West, CO). The Terrors record now stands at 3-11.

In their next game, the Mustangs clash with the Jefferson Academy Jaguars (Broomfield, CO) in a 4A Northern battle, on Thursday, May 5. Dawson School will attempt to move on its 10-4 season record. The Jaguars come into the battle with a 5-8 record after their 17-5 league loss to Cheyenne Mountain (Colorado Springs, CO).
