In Tuesday's non-league test, the host Stoney Creek Cougars lacrosse squad scored a tight 13-8 victory over the Fenton Tigers.
The Cougars now have a 9-1 record. They take the field next when they host Linden for a non-league test on Tuesday, May 3.
In their next game, the Tigers face the Lapeer Lightning (Lapeer, MI) in a test, on Friday, May 6. Fenton will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
