Greater Johnstown Trojans (Johnstown, PA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Bishop Guilfoyle Marauders (Altoona, PA), 16-0 in a league challenge.

The Trojans now sport a 3-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Westmont Hilltop for a Laurel Highlands 1 challenge on Wednesday, May 4. Greater Johnstown will face a Hilltoppers squad coming off a 4-2 league win over Central Cambria (Ebensburg, PA). The Hilltoppers record now stands at 3-1.

With the loss, Bishop Guilfoyle falls to 0-4 on the campaign. The Marauders travel to Richland (Johnstown, PA) to face the Rams in a Laurel Highlands 1 challenge on Monday, May 9. The Rams enter the challenge with a record of 3-3. Richland won 8-0 in their recent league challenge against Somerset (Somerset, PA)
