The crowd at Tuesday's non-league match between the East Aces (Wichita, KS) and the host Southeast Golden Buffalo (Wichita, KS), saw East's softball squad nip Southeast by a count of 9-7.

The Aces now sport a 2-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to North for a Greater Wichita City match on Friday, May 13.

With the loss, Southeast falls to 3-11 on the campaign. The Golden buffalo host Northwest (Wichita, KS) to face the Grizzlies in a non-league match on Thursday, May 5. The Grizzlies enter the match with a record of 7-3. Northwest won 9-1 in their recent non-league match against Kapaun Mt. Carmel (Wichita, KS)
