The Logansport Berries softball team scored 6 runs and limited the visiting Peru Tigers to 2 in the Berries non-league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Logansport improves its record to 11-4 on the year. The Berries travel to Kokomo (Kokomo, IN) to clash with the Wildkats in a North Central game on Wednesday, May 4. The Wildkats come into the game with a record of 8-9. Kokomo won 7-4 in their recent non-league game against Western (Russiaville, IN)

In their next game, the Tigers clash with the Northfield Norsemen (Wabash, IN) in a Three Rivers game, on Wednesday, May 4. Peru will attempt to improve on its 8-7 season record. The Norsemen come into the game with a 3-6 record after their 11-2 league loss to Rochester (Rochester, IN).
