The New Britain Golden Hurricanes baseball team scored 2 runs and limited the visiting Bristol Eastern Lancers to 1 in the Golden Hurricanes non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Golden Hurricanes (3-9) will now prepare for their match against Weaver (Hartford, CT). The Beavers go into the non-league match with a 1-3 record. In their last match, Weaver tipped Parish Hill (Chaplin, CT), 18-7, in a non-league match.
