Illinois High School Baseball - Dupo loses to Gillespie

In Wednesday's non-league game, the visiting Gillespie Miners baseball team scored a nice 16-1 victory over the Dupo Tigers.
The Miners (23-0) will now prepare for their game against Marquette Catholic (Alton, IL). The Explorers go into the non-league game with a 16-10 record. In their last game, Marquette Catholic ran past Carrollton (Carrollton, IL), 15-0, in a non-league game.
The Tigers (3-12) will now prepare for their game against Steeleville (Steeleville, IL). The Warriors go into the Cahokia - Kaskaskia game with a 9-8 record. In their last game, Steeleville ran past Sparta (Sparta, IL), 12-9, in a non-league game.
