The Whiteoak Wildcats crushed the host Hillsboro Indians baseball team by a count of 12-1 in Wednesday's non-league bout.

The Wildcats now possess a 10-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Peebles for a Southern Hills bout on Friday, May 5. Whiteoak will face a Indians team coming off a 6-5 league win over Manchester (Manchester, OH). The Indians record now stands at 8-4.

Next, the Indians face the New Richmond Lions (New Richmond, OH) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, May 4. Hillsboro will attempt to move on its 3-15 season record. The Lions enter the bout with a 13-12 record after their 6-1 league loss to Western Brown (Mt. Orab, OH).
