The Moon Area Tigers triumphed over the visiting Chartiers Valley Colts lacrosse team by a score of 14-1 in Wednesday's non-league outing.
With the win, Moon Area upgrades its record to 6-5 on the season. The Tigers host Trinity (Washington, PA) to battle the Hillers in a WPIAL 2A 1 outing on Friday, May 5. The Hillers go into the outing with a record of 7-4. Trinity won 22-1 in their recent league outing against Gateway (Monroeville, PA)
With the defeat, Chartiers Valley drops to 0-9 on the season. The Colts host Seton LaSalle (Pittsburgh, PA) to battle the Rebels in a non-league outing on Tuesday, May 9. The Rebels go into the outing with a record of 5-7. Seton LaSalle won 9-7 in their recent league outing against Bethel Park (Bethel Park, PA)
