Winchester Red & Black (Winchester, MA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Melrose Red Raiders (Melrose, MA), 14-4 in a league battle.

The Red & Black now have a 9-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wakefield Memorial for a Middlesex battle on Friday, May 5. Winchester will clash with a Warriors squad coming off a 10-8 league loss to Belmont (Belmont, MA). The Warriors record now stands at 2-6.

In their next game, the Red Raiders clash with the Wilmington Wildcats (Wilmington, MA) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, May 17. Melrose will attempt to move on its 2-4 season record.
