Hagerstown Tigers (Hagerstown, IN) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Anderson Indians (Anderson, IN), 13-4 in a non-league challenge.

The Tigers now own a 5-7 record. They take the field next when they host Cambridge City Lincoln for a Tri-Eastern challenge on Thursday, May 4. Hagerstown will battle a Golden Eagles squad coming off a 14-0 league win over Winchester Community (Winchester, IN). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 7-3.

With the loss, Anderson falls to 3-7 on the campaign. The Indians travel to New Castle (New Castle, IN) to battle the Trojans in a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 4. The Trojans enter the challenge with a record of 4-9. New Castle won 9-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Wapahani (Selma, IN)
