The Brewster Bears softball team scored 4 runs and limited the visiting Byram Hills Bobcats to 1 in the Bears non-league triumph on Wednesday.
With the triumph, Brewster moves its record to 8-4 on the year. The Bears travel to John Jay (Cross River, NY) to clash with the Wolves in a Section 1 II - C game on Thursday, May 4. The Wolves come into the game with a record of 5-9.
In their next game, the Bobcats clash with the Sleepy Hollow Horsemen (Sleepy Hollow, NY) in a Section 1 II - D game, on Thursday, May 4. Byram Hills will attempt to move on its 5-7 season record. The Horsemen come into the game with a 6-7 record after their 17-2 non-league win over Peekskill (Peekskill, NY).
