Ohio High School Softball - St. Vincent-St. Mary gets by Cloverleaf

Spectators at Wednesday's non-league match between the St. Vincent-St. Mary Fighting Irish (Akron, OH) and the visiting Cloverleaf Colts (Lodi, OH), witnessed St. Vincent-St. Mary's softball squad tip Cloverleaf by a count of 3-2.

The Fighting Irish now sport a 7-5 record. They play next when they host Ellet for a non-league match on Thursday, May 4.

With the loss, Cloverleaf moves to 11-10 on the season. The Colts host Norton (Norton, OH) to face the Panthers in a Portage Trail - Metro match on Friday, May 5. The Panthers go into the match with a record of 6-8.
